    I have email you before asking about status of my download. My order no is 2161 on 28/10/15 and payment has been made and cleared thru paypal account. However, there are no files for me to download for all the chart i bought.

    HOPE YOU CAN GET BACK TO ME SOON ON MY ORDER SOON.

      I have had a similar experience and sent a few messages to Ajisai Press but haven’t even had a reply. Very disappointed.

    How soon after purchase does the pattern appear in My Download area? I purchased a pattern yesterday and have received a confirmation email, but there is not pattern available yet? Thanks

    Order ID 3726. Status: completed. Full paymend made through PayPal. But I still do not see the items in “My Downloads” section. Please send them to my e-mail or check the digital delivery.
