I have email you before asking about status of my download. My order no is 2161 on 28/10/15 and payment has been made and cleared thru paypal account. However, there are no files for me to download for all the chart i bought.

Here to share a tip with downloading the patterns on an Apple laptop: Safari doesn’t work but Google Chrome does. All patterns are now downloaded and they are absolutely gorgeous! Will be purchasing many, many more in the future. Very excited to begin stitching!
